Welcome to Creative Unseen. We specialise in harnessing creativity, artificial intelligence (AI), and social impact to deliver innovative experiences. By engaging with our services, including but not limited to participation in Creatathons, design agency work, and training cohorts, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all users, participants, and organisations working with Creative Unseen, and they govern your access to and use of our services.
Participation in any Creative Unseen service, including Creatathons, design agency work, and training cohorts, is open to individuals and organisations. For individual participants, a minimum age of 18 is required unless otherwise agreed upon.
All intellectual property, including designs, materials, videos, and other creative outputs produced during Creatathons, design projects, or training programmes, remains the property of Creative Unseen unless explicitly transferred via a written agreement.
All parties are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data shared during engagements with Creative Unseen. This applies to internal business processes, client information, and data concerning social enterprises. Confidentiality agreements may be signed where appropriate.
Creative Unseen will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or reputational damage, arising from participation in our services. This includes any errors, omissions, or delays in the delivery of Creatathons, design work, or training programmes, whether caused by technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour during all interactions with Creative Unseen, including Creatathons, client meetings, and training sessions. Discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of participation without a refund.
Creative Unseen reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, or content of any event, training cohort, or project at its discretion. In the case of significant changes, clients or participants will be notified, and alternatives or refunds may be offered depending on the situation.
Creative Unseen pre-selects social enterprises for each Creatathon to ensure alignment with event goals. However, clients or participants may suggest specific organisations for future consideration. Creative Unseen retains full discretion over which enterprises are ultimately chosen.
Participants in a Creatathon will be organised into dynamic teams of 4-6 people. Full engagement and active participation are expected throughout the event, which spans three half-days (up to 3 hours per day). Team outputs, including social media campaigns, will be judged on creativity, use of AI tools, and overall social media impact.
Participants will be trained in and provided access to AI tools for creating social media content. Creative Unseen is not responsible for any technical issues or limitations related to participants' devices, software, or internet connectivity. AI tools will be selected based on relevance and accessibility for the event, and participants are required to follow all terms of use associated with these tools.
Creatathons include an element of friendly competition, where teams’ campaigns are promoted on social media platforms and evaluated based on real-time feedback and engagement metrics. Creative Unseen does not guarantee specific results or metrics for any campaign, and the final decision on the winning team will be made at the sole discretion of the event organisers.
Creatathons are hosted remotely unless otherwise agreed. Clients may request in-person events, which will incur additional costs for venue, travel, and accommodations. A minimum of 2-4 weeks’ notice is required to match the company with a suitable social enterprise and organise logistics.
Creative Unseen will work closely with clients to define the project scope, deliverables, and deadlines prior to the commencement of any design work. Timelines will be mutually agreed upon, and any significant changes to the project scope will require a formal change order, potentially incurring additional costs and extended deadlines.
The design process typically includes two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. Any additional revisions beyond this will be charged at an hourly rate or per revision, as agreed. Timely feedback from the client is required to ensure the project adheres to the agreed timeline.
Upon completion of the project, Creative Unseen will provide the final deliverables in the agreed-upon formats. The client has up to 7 days to review and request any final changes. If no changes are requested within this period, the work will be deemed accepted, and the project will be considered complete.
The training cohort is a 3-month programme designed to enhance creative intelligence and AI integration in business practices. Each cohort will follow a structured curriculum that includes workshops, hands-on projects, and group collaborations. Participants must commit to the full 3-month period.
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete assigned projects. In the event of unavoidable absences, Creative Unseen will make reasonable efforts to provide materials and catch-up sessions. However, repeated absenteeism may result in the participant being removed from the programme without refund.
Upon successful completion of the training cohort, participants will receive a certificate of completion from Creative Unseen. The certification reflects the skills gained and the completion of all programme requirements, including attendance, participation, and project completion.
Creative Unseen reserves the right to terminate any agreement or participation in Creatathons, design agency work, or training cohorts for breach of these terms and conditions, including non-payment, failure to meet obligations, or misconduct. In such cases, no refund will be provided, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from participation in Creative Unseen's services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, where applicable. In the event of legal action, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
